The Lower Kaifuxia Hydropower Station is a key project under the framework of the "Belt and Road" initiative. The design and construction of the Lower Kaifuxia Hydropower Station were all completed by Chinese companies. Himoer supplied the finished brackets for this project. With 38% of electricity, it provides electricity security for Zambia's industrial and socio-economic development.
